BULLY BOY ESTATE GIN

We wanted to create a gin that pushed the boundaries of the traditional London Dry style, but at the same time played within the four corners of what you'd expect from a gin. While most gins use a simple grain base, we decided to use a more robust cane base. The cane imparts a wonderful honeysuckle note that lays the foundation. The gin is rounded out by hints of Italian Juniper, California Coriander, Grapefruit, Cardamon, Chamomile, and Blueberry, among others.
